clear in order to make this film as an epic one.
After Dev D, I personally became a fan of
Anurag kashup which made me to expect much more in Gangs of Wasseypur and Anurag
made cent percent perfect picture. And also he has great vision in showing the
exact raw terms into the screen.
Synopsis of Gangs of Wasseypur:
Shahid Khan (Jaideep Ahlawat) is exiled after impersonating the legendary Sultana Daku in order to rob British trains. Now outcast, Shahid becomes a worker at Ramadhir Singh's (Tigmanshu Dhulia) colliery, only to spur a revenge battle that passes on to generations. At the turn of the decade, Shahid's son, the philandering Sardar Khan (Manoj Bajpayee) vows to get his father's honor back, becoming the most feared man of Wasseypur.
Gangs of
Wasseypur is not a regular Bollywood movie that differs from other Bollywood
movies
So here, we see about reasons to watch Gangs of Wasseypur even in 2020
1. Perfomance:
This movie doesn’t features big stars in Bollywood but the realistic performances of Manoj Bajpayee, Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Huma Qureshi, Richa Chadha, Reema Sen, Jaideep Ahlawat, Pankaj Tripathi and others in lead make us to be into the film
2. Gripping Screenplay:
The
gripping screenplay made the movie fresh and even after 8 years too even though
the running duration of both sequels is 319 minutes(5 hours 20 minutes) that
also gets featured in Cannes Film Festival in May 2012. Only for the Indian
Theatrical realise the film gets divided into two parts. And Shweta Venkat done
a fabulous job that turns as a Bollywood cult classic ever made tag for this
film.
3. Direction:
Anurag
has never under estimated audience’s mind so that only he can deliver this type
of raw cult classic that trends to celebrate after ages too and also one of the well-directed movie
till now in India.
4. Powerful
Dialogues:
Only
some of the movies that made in India and has some of the best and powerful
dialogues. And that also made us to re-think at some scenes to understand what
the creator actually denoted.
5. Music:
Sneha
Khanwalkar and G.V.Prakash Kumar done an excellent work which makes the
audience to keep engaging. And also music reference where placed as like a Quentin
